PROBLEM STATEMENT

PSAU needed to modernize its classrooms and meeting spaces to improve interaction between students and faculty. The challenges included:

  • Assigning wireless frequencies for wireless microphones across more than 65 classrooms and 3 meeting rooms in a two-story building.

SOLUTION PROVIDED

Classrooms:

  • Smart interactive displays with customized OPS PCs and wall-mounted brackets.
  • Wireless spotlight presenters.
  • Wireless head-worn and hand-held vocal microphones with USB adapters.
  • Combo wireless keyboards and mice with rechargeable batteries.
  • Ceiling array microphones for unified communications (UC).
  • Digital podiums and ergonomic furniture.

Meeting Rooms:

  • Smart interactive displays with customized OPS PCs.
  • Dante-based microphones and array speakers for UC solutions.
  • IP conference phones.

Auditorium:

  • Large LED video wall with 2.5mm pixel pitch.
  • Multiple displays, switching, and control solutions.
  • Advanced audio solutions, including analog and digital processors.
  • Wireless microphones with UHF antenna systems.
  • Customized UI control touch panels.

Digital Signage:

  • Centralized remote publishing server integrated with the existing digital signage solution, covering all classroom lobbies in the building.

The project successfully transformed PSAU's classrooms, meeting rooms, and auditoriums into modern, technologically advanced spaces. The benefits include:
